The MenEngage Africa SRHR Learning & Exchange Symposium invites partners, networks, youth groups, alliances, research institutions, government agencies, funders, and movements to host side events and interactive activities that amplify evidence, practice, and action on SRHR and gender equality across Africa.

- Room allocation at the venue (45–90 minutes standard slots)
- Basic AV (projector/screen, lectern mic, 1–2 handheld mics) and session signage
- Listing on the website/app and social media amplification
- On-site volunteer support (timekeeping, room coordination)
- Accessibility supports where available (venue access; upon request: sign language, reserved seating)

- Session design, speakers/facilitator invitations, and moderation
- Full or Partial Sponsorship for Accepted Abstracts
- Special equipment, interpretation beyond basics, or refreshments if required (cost-recovery)
- Session materials (slides, handouts) and timely communications with the secretariat

All side events must adhere to the symposium’s safeguarding and code of conduct (zero tolerance for harassment; inclusive and respectful participation). Organisers must indicate accommodation for disability access. Content must avoid stigma and respect participants’ privacy. Brand use must follow provided guidelines.

Some rooms may carry a cost or require payment. Costs for special equipment, interpretation, catering, or additional services may be charged on a cost-recovery basis.
